The POWERotics Foundation, publisher of the powerotics.com online network, has been active as an Internet publisher since the early days of the contemporary Internet. One of cornerstones of the Powerotics success is maintaining a very strict privacy policy. Being part of the global BDSM community themselves, the Powerotics team members understand the vital importance of privacy and discretion.

Cookies - The Powerotics network needs to use cookies in order to be able to provide certain services, such as allowing for member signup procedures and enabling smooth member support. However, we do NOT use cookies for marketing or statistical purposes.

Redirection, pop-ups, etcetera - The Powerotics network does not use pop ups, redirection script, circle jerks and other automated marketing/promotion tools.

Member data and payment data - Only a very limited number of payment handling companies is actually accredited with credit card companies. Verotel Inc. - the Powerotics payment handling partner - is one of them and the Powerotics network is an accredited site and merchant with the credit card companies as well.

Member and payment details are very carefully stored, the entire sign up procedure is a secure, encrypted procedure, Upon sign up your details will be encrypted BEFORE they leave your computer and can only be decyphered by a designated Verotel computer. Powerotics team members have no access to vital details such as credit card numbers.

The entire sign up, data handling and privacy policy is being monitored by e-Trust as well as credit card companies.

No data (neither member data nor data, acquired through our free services such as discussion groups) are being sold or otherwise provided to third parties. Neither are such data used for the promotion of Powerotics Foundation activities.

Will I be rebilled automatically?

For your convenience you will be rebilled automatically. However, subscribers control their membership at all times. You can terminate your subscription at any time you prefer yourself. You do not need assistance from Powerotics or Verotel Inc, staff to do so. Detailed information on how to manage your subscription is provided on the opening page of the member magazine.
Upon termination your subscription will remain valid until the end of the subscription period and there will be no further rebilling.

Will I receive any email?

Apart from the confirmation/receipt of your membership (which includes your passcodes) you will not receive any email or other correspondence. Your email address is being asked ONLY to enable us to provide you with passcodes.

If there is a problem, can I talk to somebody and get help?

Powerotics and Verotel Inc. provide around the clock customer support. On the opening page of the member magazine and during the sign up procedure you will be provided with both support e-mail addresses and toll-free customer support telephone numbers. You can talk to real people whenever you need assistance.

What will it say on my credit card statement?

The note on your Credit Card statement will say "Verotel Ticket Club".

Do I need a credit card to join?

Actually for most countries and regions we provide a number of different payment options. These include online checks, direct debit, telephone or SMS billing, depending on the availibility in your country. The opening page of the sign up procedure will show you all payment options for your country or area.
