Although rare, Shibari performing art is a great way to see for yourself what the art is all about. Hans, Selena and sometimes other models perform frequently, abroad as well as in The Netherlands. Not only at large conventions, but also at private parties.

Here are some pictures of recent performances by Hans and Selena, to give you some idea of what a Shibari performance is all about. A performance is not a workshop or a simple demonstration.

Performances usually bring out the art to its full extent. And even though it is a performance, real emotions play a large part.
